IRONBUILT Steel's structural system utilizes industrial steel I-beam rigid frames. This design provides for widths of up to 200 ft. Clearspan and over 1000 ft. with interior columns. The length can be unlimited depending on your application
The primary and secondary framing is pre-cut, pre-drilled, and pre-welded for easy construction in the field. Detailed, stamped, certified engineer drawings and erection manuals are provided for every building.

PBR Roof Panels
Available as standard features on all our steel buildings, our 26 gauge Purlin Bearing Rib Panels have an extended overlap providing a leak proof seal that are much more stronger than the commonly used "R" roof panels.

Utilizing akzo Nobel paints, a leading producer of finishes, paints and
synthetic resins for industrial applications, our steel buildings have

Stainless Steel Fasteners
Ironbuilt's self-drilling fasteners minimize surface damage due to our engineer-designed resistance to slipping of the drill point. Used with neoprene washers, these fasteners provide a seal that is water tight thereby preventing rust.
