STEEL BUILDING INFORMATION
The Ironbuilt structure's integrity is founded in its use of structural steel I-beams for its primary rigid framing. This allows the buildings to span widths of up to 210' and over 600' with the use of interior column support. There is no limitation on the length. All the framing is totally prefabricated so there is no cutting, drilling or welding needed in the field. Every building includes engineer certification on the plans and a detailed erection manual.

PBR Roof Panels
Available as standard features on all our steel buildings, our 26 gauge Purlin Bearing Rib Panels have an extended overlap providing a leak proof seal that is much more stronger than the commonly used "R" roof panels.
Siliconized Polyester Coating
Utilizing Akzo Nobel paints, a leading producer of finishes, paints and synthetic resins for industrial applications, our steel buildings have a precision coating backed with a 40 year warranty. Stainless Steel Fasteners
Ironbuilt's self-drilling fasteners minimize surface damage due to our engineer-designed resistance to slipping of the drill point with neoprene washers, these fasteners provide a seal that is water tight thereby preventing rust.
50 Year Warranty On Steel Frames
Every building comes with a 50-year limited warranty against structural defects in the main frames.
