The steel building manufacturing plant uses the most advanced technology and automation in the industry. Illustrated below are some of the most modern equipment and production processes that demonstrate the Factory's commitment to quality production with zero defects.

	The Factory utilizes proprietary customized steel building CAD design software created solely for the metal building industry. It is ideal for designing to both standard and custom specifications thus reducing engineering time while still maintaining quality.
	The sheeting line utilizes CNC technology and can form different panel profiles in various gauges up to fifty feet in length. The machines are recognized as the optimum for accuracy unmatched in the industry.
	By using the most current technology in Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) equipment, the best quality welding standard is met every time.
	Where others use brake presses to make their trim, which is subject to operator variances, the Factory roll forms all their own trim on dedicated machines for each trim component ensuring accuracy and perfect shapes every time.
	All bolt holes are factory punched on state-of-the-art CNC machines so the holes always line up in the field saving time on construction.
	The Factory manufactures all of its own girts and purlins that come hot-dipped galvanized from the steel mill for the ultimate in corrosion protection.
	American advanced technology is on full display with the Factory's twin-arc submerged welding machine by Lincoln, which allows them to produce an incredible 72" deep structural members. This allows for huge webs in the I-beams so buildings can span over 200' wide.

MATERIALS: To ensure the integrity and quality of the raw materials, Ironbuilt uses only American-made steel with origin certification by the steel mills. These raw materials are constantly lab tested in conjunction with rigid quality assurance procedures, which guarantee that only the highest grade materials with the required tensile strength are used for production.
