MATERIALS: IRONBUILT Steel Buildings Corp. uses only 100% USA made steel which offers the most consistent quality. Constant laboratory testing of raw materials and quality control insures that only prime grade material with the proper tensile strength is accepted for production. OUR BUILDINGS STAND THE TEST OF TIME AND WE BACK IT UP WITH SEVERAL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING A 50-YEAR WARRANTY ON THE STRUCTURAL FRAMES AND A STEEL-MILL-BACKED 25 YEAR SHEETING WARRANTY AGAINST RUST PERFORATION. ENGINEERING: Every building is designed by professionally trained registered engineers using Computer Assisted Design (CAD) software and is certified to meet all local wind, snow and seismic conditions. MANUFACTURING: The Factory utilizes the most technologically advanced, computerized fabrication machinery and material handling production lines. The production scheduling is fully integrated by computer directly with the engineering division. This allows for the most efficient grouping/nesting of production which reduces scrap and fabrication cost per ton -- these savings are passed onto the customer.
